Nullfall Privacy Policy
Last updated October 24, 2026
Nullfall is a number puzzle game where opposite numbers cancel out and same numbers fuse. This policy covers what the game does with your information. It is made by Fer Factor, an independent game studio based in Lagos, Nigeria.
01The short version
- There are no Fer Factor accounts, and we never ask for your name, email or contacts.
- You can play offline. When you are online, the services below may receive data.
- Your progress is saved on your device, and synced through Game Center or Google Play Games if you are signed in.
- We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played.
- It shows rewarded and interstitial ads, which use your device's advertising ID.
- We never sell your information.
02Data saved on your device
Nullfall keeps the following on your device so you can pick up where you left off:
- Adventure progress and the stars you have earned on each mission.
- Your best Classic scores and completed Challenges.
- Tutorial and Academy progress.
- Settings such as sound, music and haptics.
03Cloud sync
If you are signed in to Game Center or Google Play Games, Nullfall saves a copy of your progress to that account so it carries over to a new device. The game uses your player ID from that service to save and load your progress. We do not see your Apple or Google account details, and you can play without signing in.
04Deleting your data
Deleting Nullfall or clearing its app data removes everything saved on your device. To remove synced progress, delete the game's saved data in your Game Center or Google Play Games settings. Analytics data is not linked to your identity and is deleted automatically after a limited time.
05Device permissions
Nullfall asks for only these permissions:
- Vibration, for the haptic feedback on blasts and merges. You can turn haptics off in the settings.
- Internet access, to load ads, send analytics and sync your progress.
06Analytics
Nullfall uses Google Analytics for Firebase to see how the game is played, so we can balance missions and fix problems. We use it only to improve the game, never to identify you, and we never sell it. It collects:
- A random app instance ID that is not linked to your name or account.
- Device model, operating system, language and approximate country.
- Gameplay events, such as missions started and finished, scores, and which modes you play.
- Session length, and whether you watched an ad or made a purchase.
07Ads
Nullfall shows rewarded and interstitial ads. They are served through the ad networks below, which may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device information and how you interact with ads, in order to show, measure and personalise ads.
On iOS, ads are only personalised if you allow tracking when the game asks. On Android, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings. Where the law requires it, such as in the EU and UK, the game asks for your consent first.
08In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play and the App Store. We never receive your payment details, only a confirmation of what you bought so the game can unlock it. You can restore purchases from the settings menu on a new device.
- Remove Ads, a one-time purchase that turns off interstitial ads. Rewarded ads stay available, since you choose when to watch them.
09App stores
Nullfall is distributed through Google Play and the App Store, which handle your store account and downloads under their own privacy policies. Stores may share aggregated reports with us, such as install counts and, if you have allowed it on your device, anonymous crash reports.
10Children
Nullfall is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game and data was collected, email us and we will delete it.
11Changes
If an update changes what Nullfall collects, we will update this page and the date at the top before the update ships.
12Everything else
Your rights, our legal basis, how long we keep data, and how we handle emails you send us are covered in the Fer Factor privacy policy.
